Sorry it is abit late but I would just like to thank you for collecting me from Newcastle Airport and your hospitality whilst with you.
A uneventful journey home, except for the police car sat behind me for 5 miles. Sat nav took me via Tyne tunnel and A19 initially. 366 miles, 6.5 hours including 30 minutes for fish and chips!!!
I have passed the word about Frost Van Centre on so hopefully you will benefit from this.

Mr Regan, like many of our customers, had a very long journey ahead of him to visit us.  Of course this can be a daunting decision as he had not used us before, we all know how less reputable sellers can promise that  "this is the nicest one you have ever seen!"  well once you arrive it can be a very different story and sometimes you will be lucky if it will make it home!   But not here, we always try our very best to give the most honest appraisal possible on a vehicle and help our customers out in whatever way we can, firstly by offering a courtesy collection service from Newcastle train station or airport.   Mr Regan was not willing to miss the perfect vehicle we had for him especially seen how, like all of our stock, it was at such a good price!  Here's how he found his experience with us..

 

 

"Hi, just thought I would drop you a line to thank you for the service I received, when I purchased the Ford Ranger. I firstly contacted yourselves via email making enquiries regarding the vehicle. This was responded to very quickly and provided enough information for me to make the 400 miles round trip to come see the vehicle. I had been assured that it was as described and wouldn't be disappointed. We set off to make a weekend of the trip to Newcastle , arranging to come see the Ranger around noon. I was not disappointed. Met at the forecourt,shown the vehicle without any hard sale and offered a test drive. Possibly my smile was a giveaway ,how much I liked it. Small amount of negotiating and arranging to get a towbar fitted I paid a deposit (my choice) and aimed to return by Friday.  I was informed once the towbar was fitted in case I wanted to pick the vehicle up earlier however decided to wait. I was met at the station and taken back to Frosts.  Paperwork done, a handshake and away I set off. Great journey up to Dundee and have only enjoyed the vehicle in the time I have had it. I would thoroughly recommend Frosts for value, service and friendliness. terrific range of vehicles in stock and all at good prices. I would not hesitate to return if I am replacing my vehicle and would recommend to anyone, Many thanks Mr K Regan."
